- Tickets will be mailed to you beginning August 1, 2010.
- Ichthus will not replace lost tickets.

Online Store: This is the easiest and best option, especially if you don't have questions. Purchase from our online store using a Visa or Mastercard.

Phone: This is your best option if you have questions or are new to the festival. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT, to take your calls. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

On deadline days, calls will be answered until 5 p.m. Pricing will be honored on all voicemails left by midnight EDT.
Mail: If you're "old school," like to see it on paper, or need to send a check or money order, this is a good option for you. Download our order form here, fill it out and mail back with payment.
Mail orders must be postmarked by the deadline date to be accepted.
